their psychological expertise on helping those who can’t control their dark thoughts.
We are always advised to avoid negative energies or even situations as it is believed that negativity is the biggest cause of poor mental health. But for a counsellor, their work exposes themselves to the negative energies of their patients daily to help them manage their mental health issues that range from depression to post-traumatic disorder and more.
