Beverly Hills Mansion Designed to ‘Stimulate Good Health’ Hits Market for $12.2 Million
Multimillion dollar mansions hit the market in Beverly Hills all the time, but the latest stands out, even in a market full of eccentric properties.
A single family residence dubbing itself a “wellness home” is advertised as being designed to “stimulate good health for its new owner“.
The six bedroom, seven bath 6,300 square foot house, listed by Rochelle Atlas Maize, executive director of the luxury real estate division at Nourmand & Associates, is loaded with health focused extras. They range from a Scandinavian Hydrotherapy Circuit, described as “an ancient practice to relieve tension and inflammation,” to a Peloton Bike and a virtual interactive trainer built into a mirror on the wall.
And it doesn’t stop there. For the first three months, the new owners will have access to a yoga instructor, who will provide private classes in the house’s “zen area” twice a week. And for that same length of time, a “juiceologist” will deliver their private-label, cold-pressed juices to the home.
“This is not just a house, it’s a lifestyle,” said Maize
The house sits on a 11,500 square foot lot and includes a pool, a chef’s kitchen with professional grade appliances, and a separate guesthouse with a bath and private bedroom.
It’s the latest of several high priced properties to hit the market lately. Jeff Bridges is selling his home for $8 million. Joe Montana has listed his Napa estate for $29 million. And the Clampett Mansion from The Beverly Hillbillies recently saw a price cut of $50 million to about $195 million.
