YEREVAN, July 9. /ARKA/. Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan and Chinese Ambassador Fan Yong discussed Armenia's involvement in major regional projects, the Deputy Prime Minister's office reported on Tuesday./pp

The meeting emphasized the need to deepen Armenia-China cooperation in the field of education. The parties reviewed the main directions of Armenian-Chinese cooperation, emphasized the increase in trade turnover, and exchanged views on the prospects for developing relations in areas of mutual interest./pp

Both the Deputy Prime Minister and the Ambassador highlighted the importance of strengthening contacts between the Armenian and Chinese people to enhance bilateral state relations./pp

The meeting took place in connection with Fan Yong's conclusion of his diplomatic mission in Armenia. Grigoryan thanked the Ambassador for his contribution to the development of Armenian-Chinese relations.
