Considering that the peace process started in earnest several months ago, Azerbaijan wanted our agreement on five internationally recognized points (of the peace treaty). I am pleased to announce that today we have reached full agreement on 16 points, Simonyan said, speaking at the 149th Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union.nbsp;/pp
He emphasized that the time has come to make peace: the time for peace is now./pp
We invite Azerbaijan to muster the political will to seize the moment and join us in making the possible real. Armenia, for its part, is ready to sign a peace treaty even today, Simonyan noted. -0-nbsp;/p
