Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has appointed Ruslan Chernetsky Culture Minister of Belarus, BelTA has learned. Ruslan Chernetsky is a member of the Standing Commission on Education, Culture and Science of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus.
