Russian-separatist forces hamper OSCE SMM monitors traveling over 20 times over week

Russian-backed proxies hampered monitors of the Special Monitoring Mission of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE SMM) traveling there, OSCE First Deputy Chief Monitor Alexander Hug said.
