Payments and cash machine giant VocaLink being sold to MasterCard in deal worth up to £869m - and banks to make millions

The firm is owned by a group of 18 banks, including HSBC, Royal Bank of Scotland, Lloyds Banking Group and Barclays, who have been ordered to sell it off.
