US Marine Commandant: ‘Right Kind’ of People Needed in Cyber Warfare

General Robert Neller voiced concerns Tuesday that the US military will not be able to retain people highly skilled in cyber warfare and other important fields. He’s also worried about the time it takes to train Marines for these complex tasks.
