YEREVAN, December 1. /ARKA/. A batch of humanitarian aid collected for Nagorno-Karabakh refugees as part of from Heart to Heart campaign initiated by the Russian Human Rights Defender Tatyana Moskalova has been sent from Moscow to Armenia, Russian news agency Tass reported.

The aid was collected after the appeal of the Union of Armenians of Russia with the support of the Planet, Revival and Hope funds and the Popular Front.

The humanitarian aid is for those people who found themselves in a difficult life situation, having fled from Nagorno-Karabakh to Gyumri and Yerevan. These are bed linens, mattresses, hygiene kits for children, some equipment, canned meat, cots, Moskalkova said.

She also expressed readiness to help organize New Year's events for children from Nagorno-Karabakh if they come to Russia.

She said that an employee of her office is travelling to Yerevan to meet with those refugees who have Russian citizenship.

There are a lot of citizens with Russian citizenship there. We will do everything in our power to restore their lost documents, to help separated families reunite, she added. -0-
