Greater Noida (Uttar Pradesh) [India], September 13 (ANI): Afghanistan head coach Jonathan Trott felt that the ground staff worked hard to ensure that their one-off Test against New Zealand could commence in Greater Noida; however, their efforts didn't materialise.

The one-off Test at the Shaheed Vijay Singh Pathik Sports Complex between the two sides was abandoned on Friday without a ball being bowled for five days.
