PGA Tour, golf 2024- Jon Rahm refuses to pay DP World Tour fines, Ryder Cup eligibility, LIV events

Spains Jon Rahm wants to play three European golf events before the end of the year to maintain his Ryder Cup eligibility, but said Wednesday he wont pay fines levied by the DP World Tour over his LIV golf participation.
