Seven decades of devotion to the art of Praying Mantis Boxing

Sun Delong is a fourth-generation representative inheritor of Tai Chi Plum Blossom Praying Mantis Boxing in Qingdao City, east China's Shandong Province. He has dedicated his life to this ancient martial art. Trained by his uncle Hao Bin since childhood, Sun has honed his skills over seven decades.
