Chances of making the Hall of Fame were always small, and got smaller

NEW ORLEANS - It's supposed to be hard to get into the Pro Football Hall of Fame, and it should be.

But this year, it's even harder.

With some rule changes enacted by the Hall's board of directors, the possibility exists of a much smaller Class of 2025 than in recent years. The final class will be announced Thursday night at NFL Honors and could be as small as four - three modern players
