Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid drew a $50,000 fine for a lewd gesture during Friday's game against the Boston Celtics, the NBA announced Sunday.

The incident occurred with 7:08 remaining in the first quarter of the Sixers' 109-108 home loss, when Embiid scored while getting fouled. He then made a chopping gesture to his groin.
