Post-merger with Air India, Vistara aircraft to operate under new code 'AI 2'

New Delhi [India], October 18 (ANI): Air India on Friday said that after the merger, Vistara aircraft will be operated by Air India and will be identified by a special four-digit Air India code beginning with the digit "2".

In a statement, it informed that for instance, UK 955 will become AI 2955, helping customers identify them while booking on Air India's website after November 12.
