S.Korean won hits record low against USD in over 15 years

SEOUL, Dec. 26 (Xinhua) -- The South Korean won slid to its lowest level against the U.S. dollar in more than 15 years on Thursday, Yonhap news agency reported, attributing the weakening local currency to the up-trending greenback as well as the deepening domestic woes over economic adversity and political tussling.
