Google to change names for Gulf of Mexico, Denali when US updates them

WASHINGTON, D.C.: Google says it will follow the U.S. government's lead if it has to change the names of the Gulf of Mexico and Denali on its maps.

After becoming president, Donald Trump ordered that the body of water near the southern U.S., Mexico, and Cuba be renamed the "Gulf of America." He also changed the name of the highest mountain in the U.S. back to "Mount McKinley."
