U.S. stocks rebound as Trump's tariff moves backfire
NEW YORK, New York - U.S. stocks rebounded Tuesday after U.S. President Donald Trump's move to impose tariffs on Mexico, Canada and China backfired, with all three countries subsequently imposing their own tariffs. Trump on Monday backed down on the Canadian and Mexican move after reaching agreement with those countries for a 30-day pause. Ten percent tariffs on China however have proceeded, prompting 10 to 15 percent
