Japan confirms season's 3rd bird flu outbreak

TOKYO, Nov. 4 (Xinhua) -- An outbreak of highly pathogenic avian influenza has been confirmed at a poultry farm in the central Japanese prefecture of Niigata, local authorities said Tuesday.
