Farhana's family has sent a legal notice demanding the prompt removal of the controversial video, a public apology, and compensation of Rs 1 crore for the purported reputational and emotional distress experienced by Bhatt. Copies of the notice have also been dispatched to the National and Maharashtra State Commissions for Women for suitable action.
The declaration stated, "Legal action initiated over defamatory and hate-filled remarks against Ms. Farhana Bhatt. The family of Ms. Farhana Bhatt, actress and national-level Taekwondo athlete currently seen in Bigg Boss Season 19, have expressed deep distress over defamatory and communally charged remarks made against her in a recent YouTube interview. A legal notice is issued to Mrs. Roshan Garry Bhinder, Fifafooz YouTube Channel, and YouTube India for publishing and promoting false and hateful statements, including the outrageous and baseless allegation calling Ms. Bhatt a terrorist." The relatives of Ms Farhana Bhatt, an actress and national-level Taekwondo competitor recently seen in Bigg Boss Season 19, have voiced her anger over derogatory and communal comments directed at her during a recent YouTube interview. A legal notice has been sent to Mrs Roshan Garry Bhinder, Fifafooz YouTube Channel, and YouTube India for disseminating and endorsing false and hateful claims, including the absurd and unfounded accusation labelling Ms Bhatt as a 'terrorist.'

Moreover, the statement indicated that the family opted to react with integrity and legal action instead of engaging in the mudslinging and online provocation initiated by the opposing party, specifically referencing Amaal's aunt. "The family urges the public and media to refrain from spreading unverified or hateful content and to respect the legal process now underway," said Farhana's family in the legal notice.
