Car fire causes heavy traffic on motorway

A car caught fire on Thursday morning and was emitting thick smoke on the Nicosia-Limassol motorway near the exit for Kornos, causing heavy traffic.

The police urged drivers to be very careful, drive slowly and keep a safe distance from the vehicle in front.

There have been no reports of injuries.
