danceScape Surprise “Dance Pop Ups”
As mentioned during the last term, our goal this Spring/Summer was to start up some fun surprise “Pop Up” (flashmob-style) dancing and learning adventures at secret outdoor locations. We are pleased to announce that our very first surprise dance pop-up will be on Saturday, May 13th, 8:30 to 9:30 am.
Country Singer/Songwriter, Hayley Verrall will be playing LIVE music, as we learn the dance to Robert & Beverley’s 30th Wedding Anniversary Surprise Line Dance, “I Guess That’s Love”. (Thanks so much to everyone who contributed their Anniversary greetings and at-home videos.)
danceScape Students, Alumni as well as Newcomers and friends/family/co-workers are welcomed. Including fans of Hayley Verrall. Let’s live life like a fun adventure and be inspired to move to music, while enjoying the outdoors! Feel free to dress up (e.g., optional Country Western Hat/Attire)
MAY 13th SECRET LOCATION
Our Secret Outdoor Location wll be … The Lakeside Courtyard (behind the Isabelle Restaurant and The Pearle Hotel, downtown Burlington). Park at danceScape Club/Studio (2077 Pine Street, at Pearl) and then a quick minute walk over to the Courtyard.
