Most requests are for verification of 1-3 EVM-VVPAT units, with very few seeking more.

Czech Republic extradites Pannun plot accused Nikhil Gupta to US

Nikhil Gupta, accused by the US of conspiring in a murder-for-hire plot against Sikh separatist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, was extradited from the Czech Republic to the US on June 14. The decision was authorized by the Czech Ministry of Justice on June 3, coinciding with the eve of Lok Sabha election results. Gupta, 52, faces charges under US law for conspiracy and murder for hire, as per Title 18, United States Code, 1958(a).
