The Indian Railways has responded to recent reports of overcrowding by adding 92 general category coaches to 46 long-distance trains. In a statement, the ministry announced plans to expand this initiative to 22 more trains. The Adani Group has announced plans to invest an additional Rs 20,000 crore to complete the remaining phases of the Vizhinjam International Seaport in Kerala.
