AU SFB announced after market hours on Friday, via a regulatory filing, that approval has been granted to HDFC Bank and its group companies—HDFC Mutual Fund, HDFC Life Insurance, HDFC Pension Management, HDFC ERGO General Insurance, and HDFC Securities—to collectively acquire paid-up share capital or voting rights in the midcap lender.
