Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to kick off the BJP's campaign for the Lok Sabha elections in Uttarakhand by speaking at a rally in Rudrapur on Tuesday. The rally, to be held in the Nainital-Udham Singh Nagar constituency, is expected to draw over a lakh attendees, according to state BJP president Mahendra Bhatt.
