A stampede at a religious gathering in Hathras district claimed at least 27 lives and injured several others. The incident occurred during a 'satsang' in Pulrai village. Among the deceased are 25 women and two men. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath expressed condolences and directed officials to provide immediate relief and investigate the cause.
