Motherson Group has joined Apple's supply chain network in India in partnership with BIEL Crystal Manufactory. They will set up a manufacturing facility in Tamil Nadu with an investment of Rs 2,000-2,500 crore. This strategic move aims to diversify Motherson's manufacturing focus beyond automotive components, leveraging Apple's reduced dependency on Chinese producers.
