Jammu and Kashmir experienced two consecutive earthquakes on Tuesday morning, causing widespread alarm. The first tremor had a magnitude of 4.9, shortly followed by another at 4.8. Both quakes originated in the Baramulla district. Fortunately, there were no reports of casualties or property damage, officials confirmed.
