The Supreme Court declined Byju's plea to halt the formation of a creditors' committee in its ongoing insolvency proceedings. Earlier, the top court paused NCLAT's decision which had dismissed insolvency proceedings against Byju's after finalizing a Rs 158.9 crore settlement with BCCI. The case is scheduled for another hearing on Thursday.
