The ICC relocated the Women's T20 World Cup from Bangladesh to the UAE owing to the unrest following former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's ouster in Dhaka. Initially scheduled for October 3-20 in Bangladesh, the event will now be staged in Dubai and Sharjah. ICC Chief Executive Geoff Allardice expressed his displeasure over the news.
