The Supreme Court on Tuesday asked the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to present evidence proving BRS leader K Kavitha's involvement in the Delhi excise policy scam. Kavitha's legal team, led by senior advocate Mukul Rohatgi, argued for bail, noting the probe's completion and referencing a similar bail granted to AAP leader Manish Sisodia.
