The Bombay High Court has refused to direct the CBFC to issue a certificate for the film 'Emergency' as the Madhya Pradesh High Court has already ordered the Censor Board to consider objections raised by the Jabalpur Sikh Sangat. The CBFC must decide on these representations by September 18. The film's release, initially set for September 6, has been delayed.
