Congress leader Rahul Gandhi launched his party's election campaign in Jammu and Kashmir, promising to restore statehood with the help of INDIA bloc partners. He criticized BJP for not agreeing to restore statehood before assembly elections. Gandhi addressed a rally in Sangaldan, part of Banihal Assembly constituency, which is set for polls on September 18.
