Infrastructure giant Larsen & Toubro is set to acquire a 21% stake in cloud services provider E2E Networks Ltd for Rs 1,407.02 crore. The deal, expected to close by December 31, will bolster L&T's presence in the burgeoning cloud and AI sectors. L&T will become a minority shareholder in E2E Networks without gaining control.
