Opposition members of the parliamentary committee reviewing the Waqf (Amendment) Bill have voiced concerns to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla about alleged biased actions by the committee's chairman, BJP MP Jagdambika Pal. The Speaker gave the MPs a patient hearing and promised a swift resolution.
