BJP leader and former West Delhi MP Parvesh Verma on Wednesday denied the Delhi Chief Minister Atishi's charges of "BJP distributing cash to voters" in AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal's New Delhi constituency and said that he is "happy" that he is not distributing liquor as Arvind Kejriwal did in Delhi.
