Gujarat Government, led by Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, resolved 83 per cent of grievances through the Visitor Management System introduced in January 2023. Citizens can meet the CM on Mondays and Tuesdays after registering online. Complaints are categorized and reviewed before being addressed. The system ensures prompt, transparent redressal, involving continuous follow-up and monitoring.
