The Union government will spend Rs 1 lakh crore to enhance Delhi's infrastructure. Projects include cleaning Yamuna, reducing air pollution with electric and CNG vehicles, and converting stubble into CNG and ethanol. This will help decongest Delhi, lower pollution, save imports, create jobs, and benefit farmers.
