Four individuals were killed and three others injured after a towing van, driven under the influence of alcohol, collided with their SUV on the Mumbai-Goa highway in Maharashtra's Raigad district early Friday. The SUV, en route to Lonere, had stopped at Mahad due to an empty fuel tank.
