A farmer halted Unitech's road construction in the Express City project, claiming ownership of a 7,000 square metre plot within the development area. The plot, part of the Willows project, needed infrastructure. Despite raising the issue since 2016, the farmer's plot remained undisturbed due to stalled construction. Noida Authority is expected to resolve the issue.
