Oberoi Realty has been appointed as the developer for a 2.5-acre slum rehabilitation scheme in Bandra, Mumbai. The company expects to get around 3.2 lakh sq ft RERA carpet area as a free sale component. The land is owned by MHADA. Bandra is a prime location. Recently, Oberoi signed a development deal for a land parcel in Alibaug.
