The Delhi High Court denied Gensol Electric Vehicles' plea to stop Mahindra & Mahindra's subsidiary from selling its electric commercial vehicle e-ZEO. The court cited that both companies target different market segments and that Gensol's vehicle has not yet been launched, thus no confusion would arise.
