The ambitious Dharavi redevelopment project has commenced with the government granting the Adani Group approval to start construction on a 6.4-acre railway land parcel in Mumbai. Over the next seven years, this project will involve modern housing for railway employees and phase one rehabilitation for Dharavi residents, including commercial development, covering nearly 600 acres.
