The National Health Mission Assam has signed an MoU to upgrade 354 tea garden hospitals into Ayushman Arogya Mandirs, enhancing healthcare for tea workers. This initiative will tackle issues like anaemia, malnutrition, and high maternal mortality by providing comprehensive services and improved infrastructure.
