The Manipur government has destroyed 314.471 kg of drugs valued at Rs 399 crore as part of Chief Minister N Biren Singh's 'War on Drugs' initiative. The substances included heroin, brown sugar, and ganja, among others. Additionally, 35 acres of illegal poppy cultivation were eradicated in Kangpokpi district, emphasizing the state's commitment to becoming drug-free.
