Security forces, including the army, will procure milk, eggs, fish, and vegetables from locals to create employment opportunities in border villages. PM Modi introduced the Vibrant Village Programme (VVP) to develop infrastructure and connectivity in the northern border. The program will include constructing roads, bridges, electrifying villages, and promoting tourism-related projects to improve local livelihood and economic development.
