Former Delhi councillor Tahir Hussain, accused in the February 2020 Delhi riots, has requested the Supreme Court to allow him to campaign in custody for the upcoming assembly polls. Hussain, who is contesting from the Mustafabad seat on an AIMIM ticket, seeks to connect with the electorate under police supervision.
