Beside the fact that all the companies on our list today have been out of favor with the street, there is another common thread running through them. They are all focused on and related to rural and coastal parts of the country. Increasing the earning and spending ability of rural India is a complex matter, unlike urban areas, where a cut in income tax rates works in this regard.
