Prestige Estates sales bookings decline 38% to Rs 10,000 cr in Apr-Dec

Prestige Estates Projects' sales bookings fell 38% to Rs 10,065.7 crore in April-December due to fewer project launches amid regulatory delays. The company remains optimistic, aiming for Rs 24,000 crore in pre-sales for the full year, citing strong housing demand. Prestige reported an 85% drop in net profit to Rs 17.7 crore for the December quarter.
